About The Sandpebbles Stables

The Sandpebbles Stables offers comfortable Chelsea Conservancy accommodation. The home is one of six houses within the Sandpebbles Estate. It has lovely grounds with ducks and chickens running free. Wandering around the fruit orchard, pond and paddocks is a lovely way to let any stress of the day drain away.

Self catering accommodation

The Sandpebbles Stables is a self catering holiday home in Chelsea Conservancy sleeping six guests. The first room is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is one bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The lounge has plenty of seating (and sleeper couches for 2 guests) and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything required for your self catering stay.

Outside there is an undercover patio area with a built in braai. There is also a fenced garden which is a safe place for children to play. Secure parking is provided.

Parties, gatherings, or social events are strictly prohibited unless expressly arranged and approved in advance by the owner.
The Stables is not event venue or casual meeting space and it’s sole purpose is to provide a peaceful, comfortable environment for guests seeking rest and relaxation.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund. Should any unregistered or unauthorised guests (beyond the approved maximum) be found to have stayed overnight, a penalty fee per person will be charged to the booking holder.
Guests are also required to observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM out of respect for others.
