The Loft can sleep two adults and one child on a sleeper couch. There is a large king-size extra length bed. There is a bathroom with a large shower and no bath. The suite offers air conditioning, a double sleeper couch, full DStv, a desk/dressing table, fan and oil heaters, free Wi-Fi internet connectivity, and a mini-safe.The kitchenette has a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and all necessary glasses, cutlery and crockery including a breakfast area. On arrival we supply rusks, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cornflakes.The Suite has white American shutters, wooden floors and a small Juliet balcony, with lovely views to the stable and beyond. Access is through the rose gardens and up a spiral staircase. This unit is not suitable for elderly or frail clients. Stabling available during stay for equestrian events. Excellent security and safe parking is available. Daily cleaning service is also available. The Suite is strictly non-smoking both inside and on the balcony. The Paddocks now has a generator that will run the entire property should we experience load shedding.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
