How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy. This is conveyed by the following percentages, which demonstrates the portion of the deposit that will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation:
Cancellation 0 - 3 days prior to arrival: 100% of the booking fee will be forfeited
Cancellation 3 - 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking fee will be forfeited
Cancellation 10 - 20 days prior to arrival: 25% of the booking fee will be forfeited
Cancellation 21 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the booking fee will be forfeited
Failure to arrive or premature departure: this will entail full liability for the booking, irrespective of the former payment of a deposit
