Self-Catering Accommodation

This three-storey villa accommodates eight guests across four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Every bathroom features underfloor heating, heated towel rails, hairdryers, and a selection of complimentary toiletries, while all rooms offer remarkable mountain views. Three bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, and the fourth bedroom contains two single beds.

The master en-suite includes a bath, a shower, double washbasins, and a toilet, while the other three bathrooms each feature a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Linen, bath towels, and swimming towels are provided for guest convenience.

The villa’s main floor presents a spacious, open-plan living area combining the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces. A freestanding, gel-burning fireplace adds elegance and warmth, while sliding doors open onto the pool deck and garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The kitchen and scullery are fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher, coffee bar, counter seating, and all essentials for cooking or braai. A custom French oak dining table comfortably seats twelve guests.

Entertainment is catered for with a 60-inch TV and streaming services in the main lounge. Three outdoor patios offer ample seating and dining options. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool and sun loungers while taking in Cape Town’s stunning scenery and pleasant climate.

The upper level includes a bar with a TV, ice maker, beverage fridge, and wine chiller, opening onto an outdoor entertainment area with a ten-seater hot tub overlooking Table Mountain and Lion’s Head. Lounge seating, a dining table, sun loungers, and a braai complete the outdoor experience.

This level also houses a private gym equipped with free weights, a stationary bicycle with smartphone connectivity for streaming workouts, yoga mats, kettlebells, a weighted ball, resistance bands, and a weight bench, with towels provided.
