The accommodation offers easy access to the Winelands, the Garden Route, beaches, shopping malls, 3 golf courses, Cape Town International Airport and a leisurely 49km drive to the restaurants and hotels in Cape Town.

Self Catering Accommodation

Strelitzia is air conditioned and has one bedroom furnished with a King-size bed and a remote controlled ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

On request and as an optional extra, the sleeper couch in the living area can be set up to sleep 1 or 2 children subject to prior arrangement with the owner.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering including a wine cooler and ice maker. The open plan lounge has a smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix. Sliding doors lead out onto the patio with outdoor furniture, braai facilities and access to the splash pool which is ideal to enjoy a sundowner.

Secure parking is provided.
