Silhouette 36 is a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom penthouse unit located in a secure beachfront complex in Margate, boasting exceptional ocean views. Access to the unit requires climbing 67 steps from the ground floor, or 44 steps when entering via the first floor garage. The garage accommodates one vehicle, however larger vehicles are advised to use the visitor parking area, as the driveway is narrow and the turning space is limited.

Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds, while the main bedroom features a king sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan to ensure guest comfort throughout the stay. The main bedroom includes an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bathroom offers a shower, toilet and basin.

The generously sized lounge provides comfortable seating for four guests, along with a desk and office chair for those who may need a workspace while on holiday. This area is air conditioned and features a curved 50 inch smart TV with DSTV, which the owner will activate. Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a dining area with seating for six.
