Rates displayed above are only a guide. Rates vary depending on number of guests, meals included (basis), season and length of stay and will be confirmed by Seashelles Apartments on receipt of your quote request.

Rates shown are based on two (2) persons sharing the room/unit per night. Hover over the rate to view alternate occupancies.

Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Subject to change without notice.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Accommodation will be cancelled automatically if the deposit and balance is not received by due date.
Failure of the customer to arrive or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date, forfeit 100% of the total booking value.
Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 25% of the deposit or 15% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
Cancellations made during peak periods between 15 December 2020 to 10 January 2021 or Easter forfeits 100% of the total booking value. Unless a suitable replacement tenant is found over the same peak period.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
