Seascape

Seascape is a self catering holiday home set on three levels, the first being the garage which houses a laundry room. The next level comprises of an ultra large bedroom with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the upper level you will find the master bedroom with a dressing room, King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The bath is set against the windows giving you an uninterrupted view of the ocean below. There is also a large walk in shower and double basins. The third room is on this floor and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. All rooms have a sea view and linen and towels are provided. Each room also has air-conditioning and a hair dryer. The open plan living area is situated between the two bedrooms and has a large modern kitchen with a wine fridge and a large range gas cooker / oven. The lounge leads out onto a beautifully tranquil patio which is perfect for family and friends to congregate and enjoy the BBQ, dining area and outdoor patio lounge.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
