About Seabrook 403

Seabrook 403 is a generously proportioned fourth floor holiday apartment situated in a sought after beachfront complex in central Margate. Designed to accommodate eight adults and one child, this nine sleeper unit offers four comfortable bedrooms, practical living spaces and sweeping sea views. The building includes lift access, ensuring convenient entry for guests of all ages.

Self-Catering Accommodation

The main bedroom is appointed with a double bed and enjoys attractive ocean views, along with a private en suite bathroom comprising a bath, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds. The fourth bedroom is fitted with a tri bunk, consisting of a double bed at the base and a single bed above, making it ideal for families travelling with children.

All bedrooms are equipped with tabletop fans to ensure comfort throughout the year. A second bathroom, fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, serves the remaining bedrooms, and a separate guest toilet provides additional convenience.

The apartment features a contemporary open plan kitchen that is fully equipped for self catering, including a fridge, stove and microwave. The adjoining dining area comfortably accommodates six to eight guests and is complemented by a breakfast counter with three bar stools, creating a sociable space for casual meals.

The lounge is tastefully furnished with ample seating for six and includes a flat screen television with Wi Fi access. From here, sliding doors lead onto a private balcony where guests can unwind while appreciating the uninterrupted coastal outlook.

Linen and bath towels are supplied, excluding swimming towels.

Two secure undercover carports are allocated to the apartment. Guests may enjoy the communal braai facilities within the complex, as well as a dedicated play area and games room designed for younger visitors. Margate Main Beach lies approximately 60 metres away and is easily accessed through a secure pedestrian gate.
