The house consists of a comfortable lounge with DStv, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a sheltered porch with a gas braai for great entertainment. The villa also comes with a golf cart.
Activities and Attractions
There are many places to visit in the area such as the San Lameer Country Club. It is a majestic 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Peter Matkovitch, and rated among the top 12 courses in South Africa. Besides the main golf course there are fantastic tennis, bowls and squash facilities for the sport lovers.
The estate also boasts a hotel with a beautiful spa, gym and two swimming pools. San Lameer also has a Blue flag beach. Make use of the canoes or row boats on the lagoon for new discoveries, or go fishing. The waters are warm and ideal for all exciting water sports.
There are many lovely trails and hikes through this spectacular terrain which reveal an abundance of vibrant bird life.

After staying in San Lameer on a yearly basis and having rented numerous villas over the years, this is still one of our favourites. Villa 3209 is well maintained and has everything needed on hand. Lovely place to stay , close to the beach . Will definitely be back.
