Sandy Bay 3 accommodates eight guests in a triple storey villa in Llandudno on the Atlantic Seaboard and boasts beautiful beach, sea and mountain views. The villa is a short walk away from Llandudno beach and is close to Camps Bay beaches and the Waterfront. Perfect for a seaside holiday.

Self Catering Accommodation

Sandy Bay 3 is a self catering holiday home with four double bedrooms which each have a garden or sea view.

The main bedroom is spacious and has an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and bidet. This room overlooks the pool, garden and Llandudno beach. One of the other three bedrooms has its own kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. It has a small balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The other two bedrooms share a large full bathroom. There are a total of five bathrooms, guest toilet and a large bathroom with a shower close to the downstairs pool room.

The kitchen is well equipped, has a breakfast counter, scullery / laundry area and contains a microwave, hob, oven, toaster and kettle as well as all the utensils required for self catering. The dining room is open plan and leads off the kitchen. A sunny reading room / conservatory is fully glassed and offers relaxing seating.

The lounge is separate and contains comfortable furniture and a fireplace. A TV with DStv and FREE Wi-Fi are both available. Outside is a well maintained garden and patio with a braai leading to the pool. There is a large table and chairs for al fresco dining with magnificent views. A pool room with a bar and shower open onto the pool and garden. There is a large sauna to wind down in at the end of the day. Parking is available for three cars.

Llandudno is a peaceful, secluded suburb on the mountainside between Camps Bay and Hout Bay. Both of these offer restaurants, beaches, shopping opportunities and plenty of options for the whole family.
