Rothesay House, a holiday home in West Beach, is a lovely double storey home with a stunning view of Table Mountain. Situated less than 2 km's from the beachfront with convenience shops within walking distance.

The house is very close to popular golf courses, entertainment and shopping malls and is only a short drive to Cape Town's Central Business District and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. The Ratanga Junction Theme Park is also situated close by.
