Would really not recomend. Unprofessional personnell. Had no water the one morning they "forgot" to pump water to the tank. When I made the booking I was told to pay in full no deposit I was told they were going to be booked fully as this was a busy weekend. In the whole three days there was not one other car or people there. The buildings needs renovation loose taps ext. Ants carrying you away. Was not very clean

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you once again for moving our booking without any problems or additional costs. I must say I was a bit sceptical about the lodge, however the place surprised all of us. This lodge is beautiful and clean. We have booked in many places before but this was the best thus far. We had a great time and we are definitely coming back soon. Lastly I would highly recommend this place to friends and family

Real value for money, we wanted to go camping and fishing when we found this little gem. For the price paid we were pleasantly surprised about what they offered. The rain spoiled a day or two, but we enjoyed the time in the Jacuzzi during this time. We will definitely be supporting them again.

You do not want to go to this place. We got a call asking where we were and reminded that we needed to bring the balance of our payment, which was made in full for bed and breakfast when doing the booking. Once we got there all that we had to guide us was an sms sent earlier, no people, no staff, no manager, no one. After trying to figure out where to park and eventually finding our “cottage”, which only has a bed, a chair and television in, no kettle, no glasses, we found out the bathroom is shared with the guests next door, with no way of restricting access to your cottage. The next morning we had a cold shower as there was no hot water coming out the taps through the shower which had no fitting on. I did not even bath my 2 year old the water was so cold and the towels provided to dry off with were hard. After eventually getting hold of someone on Sunday morning to enquire where we were to have breakfast, the person who answered the phone did not have a clue what I was talking about. He said he would find out and let us know, but when I told him we needed to be somewhere at 9 he said in a sarcastic voice, “no pressure”. At 8:20 he called to say he had made a plan. There was no way that we would be able to get to the place, have breakfast and be at our function on time. I called him and informed him of this, where upon he assured me that he would refund me. On Monday I contacted him to get an e-mail address so that I could receive my refund and he assured me I would have it by Tuesday as they were having internet problems. By Wednesday I had not received anything so I messaged him, he answered and then called me. When I called him back he got quite rude and said that R 200 is nothing well to me R 200 is a lot, he even threatened not to refund me.

False advertising. State on website have a restuarant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They only do breakfast on request. Also on website they say they have jacuzi and steamroom. Non is working. Website state its selfcatering but no fridges in commune kitchen or room. No caretaker and ater hours numbers do not get answers.
