Providence 77 is a contemporary two bedroom, two bathroom apartment situated in a secure complex, ideal for families or small groups of up to four people. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a four plate stove and oven, microwave, washing machine, and a fridge freezer, making self catering both practical and convenient.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, a Hi Fi system, and a box television. DStv can be hired from the owner, or guests may bring their own decoder and smart card, excluding Explora models.

The main bedroom includes a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and is serviced by a separate bathroom that includes a bath, toilet, and basin.

Guests have access to allocated parking, as well as shared facilities within the complex that include a swimming pool, braai area, and a jungle gym with a designated play space for children.

Linen is provided, however guests are required to bring their own towels.
