About Praslin 10

Praslin 10 is a contemporary and generously sized holiday unit overlooking Ramsgate Lagoon, offering lovely sea views. The property is situated close to the beach, approximately 200 metres away, although guests will need to cross a road to reach the shoreline.

Self-Cateing Accommodation

Praslin 10 offers comfortable self catering accommodation for up to six guests. The main bedroom and second bedroom are each furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom features two single beds. The en suite bathroom and the second bathroom both include a bath, shower, basin, and toilet, providing convenience and privacy for all occupants.

The lounge is stylishly furnished and offers seating for up to eight guests. Entertainment includes a flat screen television with DSTV, which can be rented from the owner or alternatively accessed by bringing your own decoder and smart card. A HiFi system and DVD player are also available for added enjoyment.

Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area with a table that comfortably seats six guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a fridge freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, making extended stays practical and effortless.

Both the lounge and the main bedroom are fitted with air conditioning, while the remaining bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to ensure comfort throughout the year.

A spacious enclosed patio features frameless glass sliding panels, allowing guests to enjoy the views and make use of the gas braai regardless of weather conditions. The patio is furnished with a table and six chairs, as well as additional comfortable outdoor seating for relaxation.

The unit is located approximately 200 metres from the beach, with road access required. The complex offers a communal swimming pool, and Praslin 10 includes a private garage along with secure visitor parking.

All linen is provided, however guests are requested to bring their own towels.
