Pelican Cove has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which are fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The other two bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There are two bedrooms furnished with a Queen-size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds in each.

The house has two bedrooms on one side of the house. In the middle is a lounge area with stacking doors leading to the outside, and next to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob and oven, a double-door fridge, and scullery. The lounge is equipped with a flat-screen LED Smart TV fitted to the wall.

The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house, where there is another fully equipped kitchen with a double-door fridge, gas hob and oven, microwave, and a dining room table with eight chairs. The indoor braai is also on this side of the house, with stacking doors leading to the outside.

Upstairs is a loft room with a toilet and basin. The loft room leads to a large outside patio with a braai area for those sunny and wind-free West Coast days. The patio has an outside table with chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful West Coast sunsets. The loft room is fitted with a small kitchenette and a sleeper couch for extra sleeping space. There is also a Smart LED TV mounted to the wall.

The house also has two dishwashers, a washing machine, tumble-dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a full selection of DStv channels.

Pelican Cove is well situated and offers access to attractions in and around Langebaan, such as Club Mykonos and Laguna Mall. Attractions in the surrounding area include West Coast National Park, Buffelsfontein Game and Nature Reserve, Langebaan Country Estate with its signature Gary Player golf course, and beautiful sandy beaches that stretch endlessly along the Langebaan Lagoon.
