Self-catering flat on ground level of our house. Although the flat does not have a sea-view, it is only 50m from the beach, which is reached via our private panhandle. The one bedroom flat has a large living area which includes a sleeping area for kids, the kitchen and a seating area. There is a Colour TV and DSTV Premium bouquet (optional extra).

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome, a camp cot is available on request.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Early departure or “no show”: debit for original booking
0 – 14 days before first day of booking period or “no show” – forfeit 100% of deposit or 80% of full quote where applicable
15 – 28 days before first day of booking period – forfeit 75% of deposit or 25% of the full quote, whichever is the highest amount
29+ days before first day of booking period – forfeit 50% of deposit or 25% of the full quote, whichever is the highest amount.
