About On The Rocks Ramsgate
On the Rocks is a spacious holiday home in Ramsgate, accommodating up to 11 guests, just metres from the beach. The property offers breathtaking sea views, direct beach access, and welcomes pets with prior permission.
Self-Catering Accommodation
The expansive On the Rocks holiday home features five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, each opening onto a large covered patio that overlooks the beach. Two additional bedrooms are designed with single beds, one containing two singles and the other three singles. There is a separate bedroom off the main house with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The remaining two bathrooms each include a bath, shower, and basin, with two additional guest toilets with basins available for convenience. The main lounge comfortably seats 11 and features a flat-screen TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. From the lounge, sliding doors lead to a large patio furnished with two tables, chairs, and two kettle braais, along with a coal braai for guests’ use.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering, featuring a stove, microwave, kettle, and fridge. A nearby nook provides seating for ten. A separate laundry room off the main house includes two washing machines, a tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The landscaped garden beyond the patio leads directly to the beach, only 30 metres away. The property also offers a double lock-up garage containing a pool table, tennis table, dartboard, and other games, as well as a chest freezer. Additional parking is available in front of the garages for two vehicles. Security is enhanced by an alarm system connected to an armed response company. The home includes a UPS backup system for power outages and water tanks to ensure uninterrupted supply.
All linen is provided; guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach. With no stairs, the home is suitable for guests with limited mobility. Pets are welcome with prior permission.
