Ocean’s Echo is an exclusive self-catering villa perfectly positioned between the dramatic mountain slopes and the sparkling waters of False Bay. Located in the charming seaside suburb of Fish Hoek in Cape Town, this luxurious coastal retreat offers uninterrupted sea views, a private pool, and generous open-plan living spaces, making it ideal for families, private tour groups, sports teams, reunions, or groups of friends seeking a refined escape.

Self Catering Accommodation

The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five spacious en-suite bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed for comfort and privacy. The accommodation features five well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, all situated on the lower level of the villa. The main, second, and third bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the fifth contains a double bed. Every room is equipped with 100% cotton linen, a private shower, bath towels, and a secure safe for storing valuables. For guests travelling with infants, a travel cot can be provided upon request.

Guests can enjoy a modern open-plan kitchen fitted with both gas and electric stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The adjoining lounge and dining areas are designed for relaxed entertaining, flowing seamlessly onto a vast deck that overlooks the ocean, perfect for soaking up the sun or admiring the ever-changing coastal views.

Ocean’s Echo is offered on an exclusive-use basis, allowing guests full access to the entire property, including the inviting swimming pool, barbecue facilities, and smart TV entertainment. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, 100% cotton linen and towels, a travel cot for infants, on-site secure parking, and a security system connected to armed response.

Your Host

Yvette, the owner and host, manages the day-to-day running of the villa personally and is passionate about making your visit as comfortable and effortless as possible. She can assist you with itinerary planning and holiday advice and is a skilled and enthusiastic cook, available for your catering / personal chef needs which can be planned prior to your arrival, or as required throughout your stay.

Location & Views

From the villa, you are able to see and hear The Southern Right Whales who migrate every year to our coastal waters to calve and nurse their young. The whales, often meters from the shore, stay in the area between August and November. There are many opportunities for both land based and boat based whale watching.
