There are five bedrooms, one furnished with a King-size bed, two furnished with Queen-size bed and two furnished with twin beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. One bathroom also has a bath. The sea facing bedrooms have superb views over the beach, Seal Point and the historic lighthouse and Indian Ocean beyond whilst the garden rooms look onto villa's gardens. For self-catering, the fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all you would require including a gas oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The villa has a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area opening onto a private deck with its own swimming (plunge) pool. The lounges are beautifully furnished with large comfortable couches and large screen television with selected satellite TV channels. The house has private access to the beach.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
