About Natures Valley Rest Camp
The Natures Valley Rest Camp offers Tsitsikamma self catering in two comfortable semi detached chalets and basic accommodation in a selection of forest huts nestled in the Tsitsikamma section of the Garden Route National Park. This is an ideal place for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers wanting a tranquil spot to admire their surroundings.
Self Catering Accommodation
The Natures Valley Chalets consist of two self catering holiday homes sleeping a maximum of three guests each and have their own bathroom, kitchen, living area and braai facilities.
There are also ten free standing forest huts that have basic tea / coffee making facilities and have access to a shared communal well-equipped kitchen, ablution facilities and coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers.

The Forest Huts are open plan and each sleep two guests in two single beds. The hut has a heater and tea / coffee making facilities. Each hut has electric points and its own braai facilities. The Forest Huts have use of a shared communal well-equipped kitchen, and ablution facilities. Two coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the main ablution facility.

The Natures Valley Chalets consist of two self catering holiday homes sleeping a maximum of three guests each. Each chalet has one bedroom with two single beds and a sleeper couch in the living area. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is well equipped for your self catering stay and includes a fridge / freezer, oven / stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The living area opens up onto a decked area with outdoor furniture. Here you can make use of the braai facilities and admire the lagoon views. There is open parking available next to the chalet.

Verified review
The beds were comfortable and the huts were warm. However, the call center on Friday afternoon/evening was permanently busy, which prevented me from contacting the rest camp. Only the ventilator worked at my hut (6) while the others for 5 and 9 didn't work. Not all huts had equal amounts of dishes and no sponges. The floor under the beds wasn't clean at least in my hut. I loved the environment, the staff was friendly and there were so many things to do. Overall it was a great experience but had some flaws.
