Very Good

Review by Justin Hayward (Centurion)

Just what we required to get away form the busy city life. Welcomed one morning with the 4 legged residents. Security seemed up and awake and could be seen doing their routes till late at night.

Our stay was exelent! We will definitly stay here again. We felt welcomed immediatly and the owner and staff was very friendly and helpfull with everything we needed and asked. We booked for a tent and where moved to a chalet - wow - what an exsperience. Brendon aka the owner gives the Best advice and we sat and talked for hours. It felt like a home away from home. Thank you for a lovely weekend guys!!!

This is our 2nd visit and this is one of our best get Aways just over an hour from JHB. The kids have a great time and the parents can relax.

Special thanks to Brendan and Danelle for making our stay perfect!

The directions on how to get needs to be updated and they need better signage.

Lovely fairly basic natural rustic place - really feel you are out in the country.

We visited the lodge on our way back from Kruger for one night and it was such a pleasant ending to our trip. To enjoy the rustic lodge, quietness and nature for the last time. Danelle was very friendly and showed me the owls they rehabilitate. They do such a good job. The chalet was clean and decor natural and interesting. What really impressed me was that they do not tolerate noise and loud music. I would just recommend a board or sign on the main road next to the Owl sign, to indicate to travelers the name of the camp where to turn in. Thanks Danelle and Brendan. We will come again.
