The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has convenient access to a nearby guest toilet and shower, although it is not en suite. The third bedroom features twin beds, making it well suited to children or friends, and provides easy access to a shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers a king size bed, a contemporary open plan en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, and sliding doors that lead directly onto the patio with calming garden views.

The living areas are spacious, stylish, and well designed for socialising or unwinding. The lounge is fitted with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, with glass doors opening onto a covered patio and the garden. The dining area features an eight seater table that flows naturally between the lounge and kitchen, creating a warm and welcoming space for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a double door fridge freezer, ensuring a convenient and effortless self catering experience. An indoor braai, fireplace, and bar provide a cosy atmosphere and add to the home’s entertainment appeal, particularly during cooler evenings.
