Mashovhela Bush Lodge is situated on the Morning Sun Nature Reserve and is a Limpopo Nature Reserve providing nature drives and walks for tourists visiting the Soutpansberg area. It is also a birding and butterfly hotspot.
Mashovhela Bush Lodge is an eco-destination and operates on solar power. The lodge offers pure drinking water and has wireless internet at the main lodge and in the chalets for those who want to stay connected.

Our chalets offer comfort and privacy and are decorated in a unique, ethnic style.
Standard Chalets:
En-suite room with a King size or two single beds
A bed / couch with one mattress is available for children
Each chalet has its own veranda and enclosed garden area
Superior Chalet:
This is a more spacious option with a king size bed or by arrangement two single beds. Another bed or couch as well as a cot is available for children wanting to share a room with their parents

Hammock Camps:
On nights that the weather is good it is recommended that the night is spent at our Hammock Camp. Guests leave the lodge for the camp, with a guide, after dinner and head out with a head torch and a backpack with their hammock, sleeping bag and essentials. The camp which is a short distance from the Lodge, but far enough away so that the lodge lights and activities aren't noticed, has its own bush shower and toilet facilities. Coffee and rusks can be enjoyed early the next morning.
