About Maple House

Maple House is a charming garden bungalow with a private entrance, situated on a residential property in Bergvliet, a southern suburb of Cape Town within the scenic Constantia Valley. It is the largest of three accommodations on the property, the others being Maple Cottage and Maple Studio.

Self-Catering Accommodation

Accommodating up to six guests, Maple House features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a king-size bed along with a child-only bunk bed. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, complete cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

The dining area provides seating for eight, and the living room is arranged with comfortable seating and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and line, are located in the courtyard and shared with all guests of Maple Residence.

Guests can enjoy a shaded patio furnished with outdoor seating and braai facilities.

The property offers a shared garden, fenced swimming pool, and children’s playground, accessible to all guests. Garage parking is available with access through the garden. Local shops and restaurants are within easy reach.
