Linden Terrace 5 is a contemporary, tastefully appointed apartment offering secure accommodation with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property enjoys uninterrupted 180 degree sea views, with the ocean located approximately 80 metres away. The lounge and bedrooms all feature expansive glass and aluminium sliding doors that open onto a generous tiled patio on the sea-facing side, partially enclosed to provide both shelter and privacy.

Self-Catering Accommodation

Linden Terrace 5 is a secure three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with sweeping 180 degree views of the ocean, positioned approximately 80 metres from the Ramsgate Tidal Pool and about 100 metres from the main swimming beach. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a well maintained terraced complex, with approximately twelve steps leading up from the garage entrance area.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and is complemented by a modern en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed comprising a double bed below and a single bed above. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet and basin. All three bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning units operated on a convenient pay-as-you-go system for added comfort.

Both the main bedroom and the third bedroom are equipped with flat screen televisions connected to the DSTV system in the lounge. The open plan, modern kitchen is finished with granite countertops and is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge with built-in ice maker and water dispenser, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a breakfast nook with seating for six.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and includes seating for six guests, a flat screen television, DSTV decoder and a hi-fi system for entertainment. Please note, no wifi!

Leading from the lounge, the enclosed balcony offers patio furniture with seating for six, along with a portable braai, creating an inviting space for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, guests are kindly requested to bring their own swimming towels.

The apartment includes a lock-up garage and additional secure parking within a fully walled and gated courtyard. The unit is pet friendly by prior arrangement, with permission granted for small dogs only.

Linden Terrace 5 is ideally positioned in Ramsgate, within easy walking distance of the tidal pool and the main swimming beach. The area is well known for its pristine coastline, warm Indian Ocean waters and relaxed seaside atmosphere. Nearby attractions include popular restaurants, cafés and local shops, while several scenic coastal walks and golf courses are within a short drive. Ramsgate serves as an excellent base from which to explore the broader South Coast, offering a balance of tranquillity, convenience and classic seaside charm.
