Linden Terrace 4 occupies the fourth floor of a well maintained terraced complex, however access from the rear parking area is conveniently at ground level. The lounge and all three bedrooms feature large aluminium and glass sliding doors that open onto a generous sea facing patio, fully tiled and partially covered, creating a seamless indoor and outdoor living space.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms are each fitted with two single beds. A ceiling fan is provided in the main bedroom, and a portable fan is available in one of the additional bedrooms. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet, and the second bathroom includes a shower, basin and toilet.
The open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge are thoughtfully designed to maximise the expansive sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and an under counter oven with a glass hob, as well as a breakfast nook offering seating for three.
The lounge comfortably accommodates six guests and includes a flat screen television, a separate hi fi system and a ceiling fan. Entertainment is provided via an Explora DStv decoder with access to the full bouquet, and a compact desk is available for guests who may need a quiet workspace. The patio is furnished with a dining table, seating for six, sun loungers and a Weber braai, making it ideal for relaxed outdoor meals. A built in safe is provided for the secure storage of valuables.
Secure parking is available in a lock up garage, with additional parking within a fully walled and gated courtyard. The apartment is pet friendly with prior arrangement for small dogs and is suitable for wheelchair access.
