Libertas House is a generously proportioned four-bedroom farmhouse located at Cheverells Farm in the Elgin Valley. The holiday house offers refined comfort and a classic country experience, ideal for families or groups of up to eight guests.

Self-Catering Accommodation

Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed dressed in premium 400-thread-count linen, and includes its own private en-suite bathroom for maximum comfort and discretion. One bathroom features a deep bathtub, while the remaining three are equipped with walk-in showers, washbasins, and toilets. Heated towel rails and plush towels are provided to elevate your stay.

At the heart of Libertas House lies an expansive open-plan living area, seamlessly combining a fully equipped kitchen, a warm and inviting lounge, and a sociable dining space. The kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and all necessary cookware and utensils, making it well-suited to both relaxed cooking and more festive occasions. The indoor fireplace and wall-mounted heaters provide a snug atmosphere during cooler months, while an electric fan offers relief in warmer weather.

Step outside onto the covered stoep, thoughtfully furnished for comfort, where you can unwind while enjoying uninterrupted views across the surrounding orchards. A built-in braai area completes the setting—perfect for enjoying slow, open-air meals in true countryside style. Guests are welcomed with thoughtful touches including Nespresso pods, a selection of teas, sugar, and homemade-style farm rusks.
