La Pirogue 1 is a ground floor duplex offering self-catering holiday accommodation in Westbrook, KwaZulu Natal. The complex is just across the road from the beach and 10km south of Ballito.

Self Catering Accommodation

La Pirogue 1 Holiday Apartment in Westbtook has three bedrooms.

The main bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a King-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is part of the main bedroom and is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. These rooms also have ceiling fans and have access to the second bathroom downstairs that is fitted with a shower. There is also a guest toilet upstairs. Bath and hand towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Linen and towel changes every 7th day.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer in a separate room with the guest toilet upstairs. The lounge is comfortably furnished and there is a TV room with a smart TV and DStv. Wi-Fi available.

Daily cleans include, sweeping, mopping, making up of beds, sanitizing of bathrooms, washing of dishes is unfortunately not included. Monday to Saturday (not on Sundays or public holidays).

On Site Facilities

There is parking for strictly two vehicles or one vehicle and a trailer behind remote controlled security gates. The garage cannot accommodate a 4X4. The complex has a communal swimming pool. We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25’s. Complex has a no noise policy.

Attractions

Bury your feet into these warm soft sands or dip your toes into the tempting waters at Westbrook Beach. Lifeguards on duty and surrounding shark nets ensure a safe swimming beach for all the family to enjoy.

Take the kids to the rock pools and enjoy an afternoon of exploring all the fascinating creatures of the sea. Gently stroke the side of the anemones or feel the sandpaper texture of the starfish, feel how slimy and strange the sea-cucumbers feel and watch the whelks make their way slowly along the rocks. Water sports are popular here, including kayaking, body boarding and of course surfing.
