La Mer Beach Villa is a self catering holiday apartment located in the La Mer complex in Ballito, with air conditioning and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a King-size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and two singles. There are two bathrooms with a shower, one with a bath and there is a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with laundry facilities. This is open plan and leads onto the living area which has a dining table and comfortable lounge. The lounge has a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi. The patio has a built in braai and outdoor table / chairs. Secure parking is available onsite.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
