About Imbabali Retreat
Imbabali Retreat is situated in Hekpoort, offering guests a peaceful escape surrounded by the natural beauty of the Magaliesburg Mountains. The farm features a small dam where visitors may swim or enjoy catch-and-release fishing. Part of the land is dedicated to cultivating organic produce, while both large and small dogs roam freely, adding to the homely character of the property. At dusk, the haunting call of jackals and other wildlife drifts across the valley, creating a truly authentic countryside atmosphere.
Self Catering Accommodation
Imbabali Retreat presents a variety of self catering options, including cottages, a chalet, and a spacious house. The cottages accommodate up to five guests in two bedrooms each. Wild Olive Chalet provides lodging for four people in two bedrooms, while Grapevine House is a double-storey residence with four bedrooms, comfortably hosting eight guests.

Wild Olive Chalet is a fully equipped self-catering facility with an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, full gas oven, all cutlery and crockery. A TV, Netflix and full DSTV is included. Our chalet is serviced daily. Outside there is a private braai area situated on a large patio under a magnificent olive tree.
