Highland Gate Golf & Trout Estate Erf 769 offers an exquisite double-storey home situated just 18 km from Dullstroom, adjacent to the renowned Ernie Els-designed 6th hole. This self-catering property presents stunning vistas of the surrounding cliffs and landscapes.
Self-Catering Accommodation
The upper level houses three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the ground floor features an en-suite bedroom. The master suite, complete with a queen-size bed and a cozy fireplace, provides warmth on chilly winter nights and includes an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower.
The second and third upstairs bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds and share a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bath. The downstairs en-suite bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a bath.
The main living area is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a spacious lounge with a TV, a dining area with an indoor braai, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery, along with a separate scullery fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
