Highgrove Cottage accommodates six guests in a 92sqm semi-detached house located in a quiet gated community in Kirstenhof, Cape Town. The cottage is close to Blue Route Shopping Mall and a major highway. There are a number of restaurants and shops in the area and from here you have easy access to many great attractions and activities.
Self Catering Accommodation
Highgrove Cottage is a self catering holiday home sleeping six guests in three rooms. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The first room has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two rooms each have a Queen-size bed and make use of a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. All bedrooms offer a lot of storage space in built-in cupboards.
The lounge is open-plan and consists of a corner couch and a TV with DStv. The fully fitted kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer with cold water dispenser, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and a breakfast bar with bar stools where you can sit and enjoy your meals. There is a guest toilet downstairs.
The living area has french doors leading onto a terrace covered by a pergola and surrounded by a small garden. Outside there is a table and chairs and a Weber braai.
Parking is available in the estate next to the cottage. There is a reception / front gate manned by security service personnel. Electric fencing all around the property.
