Gemmell Place 7 has four bedrooms furnished with Queen-size beds that boast class and comfort with elegant finishes. The main and second bedrooms look out onto a beautiful patio with a lovely seated area to enjoy the tranquility of this space and also offer stunning en-suite bathrooms with a gorgeous shower, toilet, and basin in each. One of these bathrooms also have a bath. The third and fourth bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom also offering a stunning full bathroom suite. Moving from the bedrooms to the main living area, guests will be presented with a comforting open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area for all those wonderful meals and memories to be made. An extra feature of the kitchen is the hidden scullery area which also offers a washing machine for guests to utilise as they please. Leading out from the living area is a large partially tiled patio with the rest of the patio fitted with artificial grass and a lovely seating area. Let's not forget about the gorgeous entertainment area and lush garden which offers ample space for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. Outside you have a very inviting swimming pool to keep you cool on those beautiful summer days, comfortable outside furniture as well as an outside braai and sufficient garden space to enjoy all your outdoor activities. Inside you will find a foosball and pool table to enjoy as you wish and a built-in bar for all those cocktail creations.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
