Fairway 29 is an elegant beachside residence, located just a short stroll from Sanctuary Beach. The home features bright, open-plan living areas that extend seamlessly onto a sunny deck and pool, creating an inviting space for relaxation and shared moments. With five stylish bedrooms, two comfortable lounges, a modern kitchen, and a well-appointed patio and entertainment area, this property is designed for both comfort and leisure.

Self-Catering Accommodation

The home can accommodate up to twelve guests, with a maximum of eight adults due to the inclusion of bunk beds. The main lounge opens through expansive glass stacking doors onto a sunny deck and pool area, providing a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor living. The covered patio offers distant views of Robberg and is ideal for al fresco dining or simply unwinding. This space includes a pool table, wicker seating, a large Weber braai, a built-in wood-burning braai, and a concrete bench for additional seating.

The outdoor deck features a swimming pool with safety net, sun loungers, a cantilever umbrella, garden seating with chairs and a coffee table, and an outside shower, providing everything needed for a relaxing day in the sun.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen island, gas hob, two ovens, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and connects directly to the dining area for effortless entertaining. A separate scullery contains a drinks fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, double sink, air fryer, and a snackwich machine.

The property’s five bedrooms provide a restful retreat for families or friends. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in cupboards, sliding doors to a private patio with distant views of Robberg, and an en suite bathroom with a bath, double shower, double basin, and toilet. Also upstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, a bunk bed, built-in cupboards, and an en suite with shower, basin, and toilet.

Downstairs, three additional bedrooms open directly onto a small garden. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, built-in cupboards, and an en suite with a shower, basin, and toilet. Bedroom 3 has two extra-length three-quarter beds, while Bedroom 4 offers a bunk bed with extra-length three-quarter beds; both feature built-in cupboards and en suite bathrooms. A guest cloakroom with a basin and toilet is conveniently located in the hallway.

A second lounge provides additional space for relaxation or work, complete with a TV, L-shaped couch, armchairs, and two desks with chairs. Modern comforts include DSTV and Netflix, fiber Wi-Fi, panel heaters, and a wood-burning fireplace. Parking is available with a double and single bay, and the property is fully powered by an inverter and solar system.
