Ezulweni 1 is a self catering apartment located in the Simbithi Eco Estate in Ballito, with lovely views. There is a restaurant on the estate, a spa for a bit of relaxation and a golf course.

Self Catering Accommodation

Perched on a hillside, this apartment offers breathtaking views of the estate and ocean. Accommodating up to six guests, it features three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom includes two single beds and a cot, making it ideal for families. All en-suite bathrooms are equipped with both a bath and a shower. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the patio through stacking glass doors, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The open-plan design of the kitchen, dining, and living areas enhances the sense of space and flow. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, a fridge-freezer, a hob, an oven, and other modern appliances, making it perfect for entertaining.

The adjacent lounge is stylishly furnished and includes a flat-screen TV. Stacking glass doors lead from the lounge to a spacious, partially covered deck that boasts a splash pool and braai facilities, creating an ideal space for relaxation and social gatherings.

This apartment is the only one in the complex to feature its own private garden, adding an extra touch of exclusivity. It includes three undercover parking bays and lift access for convenience. Located within the secure Simbithi Eco Estate, residents benefit from 24-hour security and regular vehicle patrols, ensuring peace of mind throughout their stay.

Estate Facilities

There are three undercover parking bays reserved for our guests and a lift to the apartment. The estate has a swimming pool and secure parking.

Please Note

Simbithi is a secure estate. We will supply an access code on arrival, and submit a form to the Security office to arrange for guests to have their fingerprints recorded to ensure convenient access and exit to the estate and peace of mind.

The apartment is situated in an eco estate, therefore it has very strict rules regarding noise. Specifically, no loud noise between 23h00 and 06h00. This is therefore not an apartment for parties.

You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
