Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Every 8 nights a mid stay clean is required at a charge of R850 per clean (change of linen, towels and cleaning of the property).

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged. Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date: 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
