De Boerderij has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath/shower combo, toilet and basin. The other two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is also a guest toilet. This home offers a hip crossover of modern design and vintage ambience, creating a cosy living space that looks the part too. The kitchen provides you with all the utilities needed for an unforgettable self-catering experience, with an avant-garde kitchen layout further adding to this property’s appeal. The living area makes for a spacious hub, with a smart TV to keep you entertained. The indoor fireplace is sure to keep you warm. The dining area is located just next to the living area, comfortably accommodating six guests. In the second lounge area, there is a study/kids area to ensure kids can watch their stories, while you enjoy your own entertainment area. There is a covered patio area functioning as a braai-room, with a large built-in fireplace / hearth and a second dining table. Secure parking is available behind a remote gate.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
