Designed with families in mind, the home includes a sea-facing lounge, a generous dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen, all flowing seamlessly into an indoor bar and entertainment space.

Self-Catering Accommodation

Bedroom One is the master suite, featuring two three-quarter twin beds, black-out curtains with shutters, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a single basin, a shower, and an open-plan toilet. Bedroom Two contains two three-quarter twin beds, black-out curtains, a ceiling fan, and has access to a full shared family bathroom situated across the hallway.

Bedroom Three is a spacious children’s room with four single beds, a ceiling fan, sea views, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, an open-plan toilet, and a single basin. It includes a freestanding cupboard with shelving and hanging space, as well as black-out curtains.

Bedroom Four serves as an additional master room with two three-quarter beds positioned together. This sea-facing room has a ceiling fan, black-out curtains with shutters, a dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, an open-plan toilet, and a single basin. Bedroom Five, located separately from the main house, offers two three-quarter beds pushed together, a ceiling fan, window shutters, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, an open-plan toilet, and a single basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with essential cookware, crockery, cutlery, and basic pots and pans. Appliances include a five-plate gas hob with an electric oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a toaster. Additional conveniences comprise a dishwasher, a water filter, a full-sized refrigerator, a full-sized freezer, and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The open-plan living area provides uncapped Wi-Fi and a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV offering access to all major apps. There is an entertainment bar with a double bar fridge, an ice machine, and its own Smart TV, along with a dining table that seats twelve guests.
