This delightful self-catering cabin is well equipped; air-conditioned / heated and TV. The cosy bedroom, with a double bed / bathroom, caters for one couple and can comfortably accommodate a child on the futon in the lounge. Linen/towels are provided - except for beach towels - as is an additional outside shower for use after trips to the beach. The open plan kitchen / lounge leads onto a lovely patio for you to enjoy breakfasts and sundowners, right next to the rustic boma for your braais, whilst enjoying the glorious views. An ideal setting for walks and cycling, a little to the side is the pool where you can cool off on a warm day. Buck, duikers, hares, tortoises and a rich variety of birds keep you company.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
