How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
50% cancellation fee is payable if reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fee is payable if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fee is payable on the total cost of accommodation if reservation is cancelled and the arrival date is between 1 December to 10 January. (our peak season)
