A fourth bedroom is located near the entrance and includes a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet.; ; The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering, including a large fridge-freezer, wine cooler, microwave, kettle, and stove. For added convenience, the unit also offers a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.       Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
