Cicada 5 is a stylish and generously sized holiday apartment designed to accommodate up to eight guests. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is set within a secure complex in Ramsgate Central, just 400 metres from the ever-popular Ramsgate main beach. From both the main bedroom and the lounge, guests can enjoy sweeping views of the ocean and lagoon.

Self Catering Accommodation

Cicada 5 combines modern comforts with coastal charm, offering spacious interiors that make it ideal for families and groups of friends. The apartment’s balcony and master bedroom provide uninterrupted views of the sea and lagoon, while the central location places the beach and local amenities within walking distance.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, air-conditioning, and remarkable views across the water. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and a portable air-conditioner, while the third has two single beds and a ceiling fan. These two bedrooms share two bathrooms, one featuring a bath, basin, and toilet, and the other fitted with a shower. A fourth bedroom is located near the entrance and includes a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering, including a large fridge-freezer, wine cooler, microwave, kettle, and stove. For added convenience, the unit also offers a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The living area features a leather lounge suite seating six, with additional relaxation space in the enclosed balcony adjoining the lounge. Entertainment is well catered for with a television offering a full DStv Premium package, and a six-seater dining table is set conveniently near the lounge. For outdoor cooking, guests can make use of both a gas braai and a Weber braai.

Access to the apartment involves ascending around ten steps from the parking area. One dedicated parking bay is provided for the unit, with further off-street parking available just outside the complex.
