Accommodation

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features two inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, making the space equally suitable for couples or small families. The main bedroom enjoys the convenience of an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin, while the second bathroom also offers a shower, toilet, and wash basin.

The open-plan living area is designed for relaxed holiday living. A fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, allowing for effortless self-catering. Meals can be enjoyed at the four-seater dining table, while the lounge offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with an OpenView decoder.

The living area opens onto a private balcony, the perfect spot to soak in the sea air. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are requested to bring along additional bath and beach towels.

Facilities

Guests can enjoy sweeping ocean views, a communal swimming pool open year-round, a children’s jungle gym, and shared braai facilities ideal for relaxed outdoor meals. The property is surrounded by a lush garden and also features a tennis court for active guests.

Secure on-site parking is available, including carport parking, guest parking on a first-come-first-served basis, and space for trailers. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and the complex is not pet-friendly. Wi-Fi is not available.
