CAVU is a charming seaside retreat in Ramsgate, perfectly positioned within walking distance of the main swimming beach and offering beautiful views of the ocean.

The home features four well-appointed bedrooms and accommodates a total of 10 guests. The main bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has the convenience of an en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Two additional bedrooms also contain double beds, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds. These rooms share a spacious family bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and separate toilet. For added convenience, there is also a guest toilet along the passage.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, cutlery, and crockery, along with a separate scullery. Adjoining the kitchen is a generously sized dining area with ample seating, perfect for relaxed family meals.

The property offers two comfortable lounge areas, each with seating for six. One of the lounges also includes a double sleeper couch, making it ideal for larger groups. Entertainment features include a smart flat-screen TV with DStv access and Wi-Fi for guests’ convenience.

Outdoors, visitors can enjoy a covered braai area directly off the kitchen, as well as an open-air braai and seating area in the garden. The property is fully fenced and boasts a large lawn, ideal for pets to roam freely. For those who enjoy games, a table tennis table is also available.
