Calamari 10 is a beachfront holiday apartment on a pristine stretch of Ramsgate North beach, providing sweeping views of the breakers and the sea. From the veranda, guests can step directly onto the sand, a mere 30 metres from the apartment.

The duplex accommodates six guests and features two upstairs bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. Additionally, there is a sleeping area off the lounge with a single bed and a sliding single bed beneath. All bedrooms and the lounge offer remarkable sea views and are fitted with ceiling fans. The apartment includes two bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath, and a second with a shower, as well as a separate guest toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, allowing for all your self-catering needs. The lounge is furnished with a TV featuring a full DStv package and a DVD player, eliminating the need to bring a personal decoder. Unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided, while a UPS system ensures uninterrupted power for entertainment and connectivity during load shedding.

Sliding glass doors in the lounge open onto the veranda, which includes a braai facility and a spacious grass area for children to play, all with direct access to the beach. A single garage is available, and the apartment is secured with an alarm and a small safe for valuables.
