Brenton Holiday Home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Located upstairs, the main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and makes use of a full bathroom opposite the room. These two rooms enjoy sea views. Downstairs, bedroom three is furnished with bunk beds, bedroom four is furnished with a single bed and a three-quarter extra length bed. Bedroom five is furnished with two single beds and has a door onto the patio and garden. There is also a separate full bathroom and guest toilet. The top floor boasts spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with spectacular ocean views. Downstairs is a lounge area with bar fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. Off the main kitchen upstairs, deck steps lead downstairs to an outside bathroom with shower and toilet, outdoor shower, braai area fire-pit and garden. There are three deck areas with drop down shade blinds and dining furniture. The property has two full-size garages and a smaller garage for a boat all on remote. There is plenty off street secure parking. Large fully enclosed garden.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation prior to 56 days will incur an administration fee of 10% of the deposit value.
56 to 28 days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% of total accommodation value.
28 to 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of total accommodation value.
14 to 7 days prior to arrival. forfeit 75% of total accommodation value.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of total accommodation value.
In the event of a refund of monies due to a cancellation in terms of this paragraph then a 5% administration fee will be levied.
