On the third floor you will find the main bedroom, second and third bedroom, a spiral stair case will bring you down to the second floor, it accommodates the fourth bedroom, open plan study, lots of closet space, the kitchen and lounge leading to a sitting on the balcony.
The first bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedroom have two single beds each and share a bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and an an-suite bathroom with a shower.
The stairs leading down to the first floor takes you to the sanctuary of comfort the entertainment room, here you will find the a pool table, dart board, wine rack and bar fridge and a cozy L shape couch.
This room opens up to a sunny outside patio area with dining area, built in braai, a swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. Enjoy the good life.
