Luxuriously decorated, this holiday home in Hout Bay is situated in a secure townhouse complex with direct access to the Hout Bay beachfront. Soak in the sun and sweeping vistas of Hout Bay and Chapman's Peak all from the comfort of your private balcony.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The bedrooms are located downstairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath. This room opens to a courtyard area with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge has a fireplace and the living area opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, kettle braai facilities, and stunning views.

We stayed here for one week as a family group. The property is literally a stone's throw from the beach, with magnificent views right across the bay. Restaurants and shops are only a short walking distance away. The house, which is on a small secure complex, is spacious, with very comfortable furnishings and all the equipment you could need for a self-catering stay. It is in an ideal location,barely 30 minutes drive from Cape Town, and 5 minutes from Chapman's Peak Drive.I would definitely recommend the property and would happily stay here again.
