Built over two levels, this holiday home has the lounge, dining area and kitchen situated upstairs with the bedrooms spread over the two floors. The lounge and dining room are open plan while the kitchen and scullery are separate. The spacious lounge has an L-shaped couch as well as two smaller couches. The dining room has a large table with seating for eight. The lounge offers amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain that leads out to a balcony with dining seating for six and views of the parking area below towards the streets and onward towards the ocean. The dining area leads to a sheltered area with further casual seating for four, as well as an additional dining area with seating for eight around a glass table. This sheltered area leads out to the backyard that includes a large garden area. Additionally there is a separate entertainment area. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, the third with two single beds, and the fourth with a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is near the entrance of the property. There are an additional three bathrooms: one with a bath and shower while one includes a bath and the other a shower. A guest toilet is available as well, situated between two of the bedrooms. Two flatscreen televisions are available, both with DStv decoders. One is upstairs and the other is downstairs. Two DVD players are available, one with each flatscreen television as well as free Wi-Fi internet access. The property includes a pool, Jacuzzi (unavailable due to water restrictions) and barbecue facilities. Please note that if water restrictions increase the pool will be out of use. The Jacuzzi is unavailable due to water restriction.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
